Every thing you should know about Laminator machine

What is a laminator machine? That is the equipment used for providing the protection and preservation for important documents and mementos. laminator machines not only ensure that documents and keepsakes are well preserved, they also protect those things that are important to you from being damaged or crumpled by ants, water, or fire.

Laminator machines give a low-priced way to turn plain paper documents into truly professional looking products, easily and quickly by providing a protective layer of hard laminate to any form of document, card, or photograph. There is laminator equipment for any use and any budget.
These laminator machines are very important for companies and organizations like offices or schools which aim at preserving the quality of their business documents.

These machines are generally quite large in size and are used to laminate documents of any size Ranging from business card size (about 4 inches) to mosaic wall poster formats (about five feet),
. However, you can find laminators in varying sizes. These machines are also a very common element in many printing services. As a matter of fact, these machines are necessary tools at a printing service as many people do opt to get their important documents laminated once they have it printed.

There are two main types of laminator machines:

1- Hot laminator machines: pouch and roll laminators.
2-cold laminator machines: pouch and roll laminators.

Cold laminators are used in the laminating of items that are susceptible to heat or ones that can be easily damaged by high temperatures. The cold laminating machines apply pressure on the item and the laminate and not need electricity to laminate an item. But cold machines, do not give a glossy finish compared to hot laminator machines, but they are still as effective in protecting any form of document or object.

Hot laminator machines are actually the most commonly used. Hot laminators add to the beauty of an item by giving a glossy finish to the final product, this is true especially for photographs. The hot laminators are found in most offices, businesses, even in most homes.

Pouch laminator is preferred in Small jobs, which allows you to put the item to be laminated into a little pouch and then feed the pouch through the machine. This is quick and easy, and there are no rolls to change. Sizes are available in excess of three feet for pouch laminating machines, but the common sizes are 4 inches and 12 inches. These machines are low priced and easy to set up and use, but tend to get expensive  if you do a high volume of laminating, as the supplies are more expensive than those used in roll lamination.

Roll laminators are most preferred for larger jobs or higher volume, Available in hot or cold, wide format, and mounting configurations, these production Laminator Machines are made for continuous use in high volume production facilities and provide many benefits over the smaller pouch laminators. Ranging in width from about 25 inches to about 65 inches, these machines can handle extremely long laminations, up to 500 feet long for many types of film.

Laminating have proven to be such a good investment, either you'd like to start a business or you will just use the machine for personal use. These machines are great in protecting items, in addition to the preservation of a lot of different mementos.
